Elise Bekers

I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute as a pathologist since 2018. I primarily focus on diagnostics of prostate and bladder cancer.

The Netherlands Cancer Institute is an educational and specialized hospital in which the lines between the various physicians and disciplines are very short. That allows us to deliver comfortable and high-quality care. Research is another important aspect of our work, which helps us improve cancer treatment continuously. I am primarily involved in prostate and penile cancer research. This combination makes the Netherlands Cancer Institute such a nice place for me to work!
