Treatments at the Netherlands Cancer Institute not scaled down

26 Nov 2021 16:40

Several media outlets have communicated on November 26 that the Minister of Health has announced phase 2D in health care. This could mean that hospitals will no longer be able to offer chemotherapy treatments. This does not concern patients at the Netherlands Cancer Institute, however. Chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment will still be administered as planned. The same goes for radiotherapy and oncological surgeries.
