Inge Vergouwe

I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute since 2008. I received my training as an anesthesiologist-intensivist at the VU medical center. As an anesthesiologist, I am responsible for sedation and/or anesthesia during surgery. 

I guide patients from their consultation at the clinic until their stay in the recovery room or Intensive Care. Our department also looks after patients who suddenly fall ill and need to be taken to the Intensive Care unit. We closely collaborate with other specialists at the hospital.
