Lisette Jansen

I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute as a clinical nurse specialist in breast cancer surgery and internal medicine department since September 2019. Before coming to the NKI, I spent 11 years working as a nurse practitioner at the breast cancer department of the Diakonessenhuis in Utrecht. Coming to the Netherlands Cancer Institute offered me a challenge in all sides of breast oncology. Learning more about my specialism and scientific research are two of my greatest passions and ambitions. I also greatly value being able to work in a multidisciplinary team of specialists, which enables me to excel at personalized patient care, which is one of the aims of the NKI.
