I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute since 1992. I started out as an oncology nurse and then worked as a clinical nurse specialist at our thoracic oncology department between 2007 and 2016. Afterwards I dedicated myself to the care of patients with metastatic melanoma and kidney cell cancer. The constant acquisition of new knowledge through scientific research has given these patients new treatment options. Our driven team of experts aims to deliver the best possible personalized care for all our patients. This makes my work at the Netherlands Cancer Institute such a worthwhile challenge, every single day.
