Romy van Amelsfoort

I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute in the Radiation Oncology Department since late 2013. I also conduct research into stomach cancer (including a focus on quality of life and side effects of treatments).

The intensive collaborations between various specialists and departments, the great work culture at the hospital itself, and the fact that the patient really is central to the treatment make working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute very special and inspiring to me.
