Piet Borst

Portrait of Professor Dr. Piet Borst, Chairman of the Board of Directors Antoni van Leeuwenhoek and Director of Science Policy (1983-1999).

Many of Henneman's works can be found in public spaces. His most famous work is the 2006 monument to Theo van Gogh, the Scream. The memorial, which was unveiled in 2007, depicts freedom of expression. Another well-known work by Henneman is a portrait of Princess Beatrix. This portrait of Henneman consists of a line drawing in bronze. If you look at the work at an angle, you can see the thickness of the line.
