Dandelion Field

Patrick Jacobs creates super-realistic worlds in miniature form. You view his landscape 'Dandelion Field' through the round glass lens in the wall of the cabinet. Lit from the inside, it looks like a real landscape scene, but in fact they are three-dimensional constructions of historical dioramas with hidden lights. The work refers to the vistas in Renaissance paintings.
