Lise Scholten

Since 2024, I have been working as an occupational therapist at the Netherlands Cancer Institute, both inpatient and outpatient, including within the head and neck rehabilitation team of the Center for Quality of Life. You can meet me in different places in the hospital!

My interest lies in the interaction between body and mind and how illness affects daily functioning. I support patients in regaining balance, especially with pain and fatigue complaints as a result of cancer. Together we investigate which activities give or burden energy, with the aim of strengthening resilience and quality of life.
