Before I came to the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek in 2002, I worked for years at the Daniël den Hoed hospital in Rotterdam. During that time, thanks to a scholarship from the Queen Wilhelmina Fund, I was able to look and work in many foreign cancer centers for 2 years. In 2002 I had the opportunity to use this experience for the patients of the Netherlands Cancer Institute.

As a lung team, we always try to keep up with all the new developments in the world and have them available to our patients. All patients with malignant diseases of the lung, pleura (mesothelioma) or thymus (thymoma) receive the best treatment.
