I have enjoyed working as a management assistant at the Netherlands Cancer Institute since 2021. What makes the Netherlands Cancer Institute special for me is that everyone is committed to providing the best care to that one specific patient every time. I am proud of the fact that I can provide support in this. That gives me satisfaction and energy.

I like to make sure that the work processes run smoothly and always look for opportunities to improve. I take the organizational work off the hands of the doctors, so that they can use all their time for patient care.
