Since 2024 I have been working as a spiritual caregiver at the Netherlands Cancer Institute.
I have a Catholic, Christian background and guide patients, their loved ones, and employees in questions about meaning and philosophy of life.

As a spiritual caregiver, I am there for everyone, regardless of whether someone is religious. Everyone can need a conversation or support if there is illness or setbacks.

It is wonderful that the hospital pays attention to the power of meaning in the illness and recovery process.
