Simone van de Ven

After specializing in oncology, I joined the Netherlands Cancer Institute in 2014, in the surgical nursing department. Here I enjoyed working for eight years and learned a lot about direct patient care and about the organization.

As of 2023, I have made the switch to the wound, stoma, continence clinic. Because working at this clinic requires customization, it is very challenging and varied. I work with an experienced and creative team. This makes this an exciting place to work for me.
