Marloes Frantzen-Steneker

I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute since 2005. As a clinical physicist, it gives me great satisfaction to research new treatment techniques in Radiotherapy together with my colleagues and to introduce them if they are better for the patient.

One of my areas of interest is the use of imaging techniques for Radiotherapy, such as MRI, PET and CT. At the Netherlands Cancer Institute, these imaging techniques are used to localize both the tumor and the healthy tissues in detail. Innovative techniques such as online adaptive radiotherapy also have my attention.
