Inge Huibregtse

Since January 2019, I have been working as a gastroenterologist at the Netherlands Cancer Institute. I think it is a nice hospital to work for where the high-quality, multidisciplinary, but above all very patient-oriented care really appeals to me! My special interest is in advanced endoscopy (complicated endoscopies) and oncology (cancer care).

In the Research and Treatment Center (OBC) I perform the endoscopies. On an outpatient basis, I am mainly involved in general stomach, intestine and liver complaints and bile duct problems, but also in patients with rectal and/or colon cancer. The Antoni van Leeuwenhoek is a special hospital, partly because it is a well-organized hospital with many committed employees and volunteers.
