Christianne Lok
I have been working at the NKI as a gynaecological oncologist since 2013. Before this, I did my fellowship at the Center for Gynaecological Oncology Amsterdam (CGOA) of which the NKI is a part.
I am closely involved in the care of pregnant patients with cancer and am chairman of the national Advisory Group Cancer in Pregnancy (AKZ) and a member of the "International Network of Cancer, Infertility and Pregnancy" (INCIP). I am also chairman of the Working Group Trohoblast Tumors (WTT).
At the NKI, I am doing robot-assisted surgery with two colleagues. This form of surgery is gaining an increasingly important place in gynaecology. Finally, the treatment and scientific research of ovarian cancer is one of my areas of focus.
