Since May 2025, I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute at the Department of Urology, where I am training to become a nurse specialist. After working in the emergency department of the OLVG, I made the switch to the AVL because of my interest in oncological care, which constantly strives for the best possible treatment. In this, I think it is important to look beyond the disease alone and to have an eye for the person behind the patient.

My focus is on the care of patients with prostate cancer. Before this, I worked at both the Netherlands Cancer Institute and the Center for Early Diagnostics. During this period, I want to support patients, offer confidence and contribute to personal and appropriate care.
