Lowieke Snorn
I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute since 2025. I started as a doctor in the Department of Internal Medicine and, in May 2026, began my training to become a radiation oncologist. What makes radiation oncology such a rewarding specialty for me is the combination of personal patient care, innovative techniques and multidisciplinary collaboration. I value that, whether treatment is curative or palliative, we can truly make a difference for our patients. I really enjoy working in a hospital where the patient is at the centre of everything we do, and where we work together to provide the best possible oncological care, tailored to each individual patient.
