Birthe Heeres

I have been working at the Netherlands Cancer Institute as a radiologist since 2011. I specialize in thoracic oncology and abdominal radiology.

As a radiologist, I try to use x-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, and MRI scans to diagnose what is wrong with my patients. It is always challenging to assess the imaging to the best of our abilities to reach the right diagnosis.
