Caroline Drukker

Since November 2021, I have been working as an oncological surgeon at the Netherlands Cancer Institute. My area of interest is the treatment of breast cancer. At the Netherlands Cancer Institute, the focus is on the patient and tailor-made treatment. There is a dedicated team of both medical and nursing specialists around the patient to make this tailor-made treatment possible. It is precisely this personal attention for the patient that makes it so special to be able to work at the Netherlands Cancer Institute.

In addition to my work in the clinic, I am involved in scientific research. The focus is on screening & prevention and optimising risk assessment in breast cancer.
