Two people are allowed to visit the patient's room at the same time. Do not visit if you have respiratory complaints. These are, for example: a cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, a little fever or high fever. This is how we protect our vulnerable patients.

Would you like to bring a companion to your appointment at the Netherlands Cancer Institute? Whether this is allowed depends on the department where you have to be.
Outpatient clinic – Radiotherapy – Research and Treatment Center (OBC):
You may bring more than 1 companion to your appointment.
Radiology – Nuclear medicine:
You are not allowed to bring any companions with you during your appointment because of the radiation. Your supervisors may wait outside in the hall or waiting room.
Day treatment:
You can bring 1 companion.
Please note: your companion can accompany you to your appointment. Outside of your appointment, your companion may visit you during visiting hours.
